Rhubard Custard Pie

Ingredients

mix

1 cup sugar

1 tbl flour

1/4 tsp nutmeg

dash salt

 

Add

4 beaten eggs until smooth.

 

Stir

4 cups 1/2-inch rhubarb slices

 

Prepare 9″ latice top pie pastry. Fill with mixture. Dot with 2 tbl butter. Adjust lattice. Seal.

 

Cook

at 400 for 50 minutes.
