Kluski (Polish potato dumplings)

Recipe from Aunt Clara
Grate 1 raw potato. Add 1 egg, pinch of salt and enough flour to make soft dough (at least 1/4 cup).
Bring pot of salted water to boil.
“Snip” off half spoonful into boiling water.
Cook about 5 minutes. Drain well.
Melt butter in pan and brown onions. Add kluski and cook until lightly brown.
2 small potatoes = ~12 kluski
